Best Pilates and Gym in the Westend! Here you can not only do Pilates, but also really work out with dance workouts, deep work, shake & tone and much more to great music! If you want to turn your thoughts inwards a bit, I recommend the yoga class.

FAQ about the classes

If you're feeling out of shape after a long break, these classes are particularly suitable for beginners to build strength and coordination: physyolates®, Pilates, and Ballet Workout. Also Mama Fitness is a good starting point even for non-pregnant participants.
Mastered these classes well? Then your next level could be BBP / Core Burn XPRESS, HIIT meets Yoga, Piloxing, and Functional HIIT Circle.

If you're looking to improve your mobility, we recommend Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga, Back & Fascia Release, and Stretch & Tone.

Classes like Outdoor HIIT & Run, DEEPWORK, Cardio Pilates, Iron Pump, and HIIT Warrior Workout require a high level of fitness. Therefore, we don't recommend these classes as a re-entry after a long break.

We've provided detailed descriptions of all our classes and categorized them into STRENGTH & ENDURANCE, STRETCH & MOBILITY, DANCE & COORDINATION, RELAX & RECHARGE so you can easily find what you're looking for.

For weight loss, many of our classes with a high cardio component are suitable. These include:

In our studio, we offer many classes where you can work on your flexibility and mobility:

  • In Stretch & Tone and our Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga classes, we specifically target your flexibility. Through dynamic flows, we stretch deep into the fibers of the body.

  • In HIIT meets Yoga, we combine endurance and flexibility - a fusion of High-Intensity Training (HIIT) and yoga flows.

  • A gentle method to become more flexible and supple is our Back & Fascia Release class.

  • Ballet Workout combines mobility with strength. In this class, your endurance and coordination also come into play.

  • If you are looking to target your flexibility and coordination at the same time, Inside Flow is the perfect class for you!
