A wellness workout for a strong back and supple connective tissue.
Our everyday lives - with long hours in front of screens and little time for motion - often lead to a tangling of the fine connective tissue network. The result: pain, tension and restricted movement. It is precisely these tangles that you can loosen with fascia training. This increases flexibility and loosens hardened muscles from head to toe. We also strengthen the muscles along the spine to improve our posture and prevent injuries.
Training with the fascia roll (Blackroll) also reduces muscle soreness and is therefore an ideal combination for intensive workouts. Afterwards you will feel like a new person.

 

What you need:

  • @home: A fascial roll and fascia ball
  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • This workout takes place barefoot

 

Suitable For:

Everyone! No previous experience is required.

Intensity: 

The class is very calming and well suited for beginners. After the class you will feel very relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
