If you're looking for full-body workouts that not only strengthen your muscles but also improve your endurance and coordination, you've come to the right place. We train outdoors, in all weather conditions, using our own body weight.
Our outdoor workouts cater to different fitness goals: In Outdoor Functional HIIT, the emphasis is on exercises that strengthen functional muscle chains and stabilize your joints. In Outdoor HIIT & Run THE ORIGINAL, you'll also be challenged with various running intensities to boost your endurance. Overall, the exercises can be tailored to your individual needs, and we always provide alternatives where needed, so you can give it your all!!

Intensity:
The classes are intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
