Cardio Pilates is an energy-packed full-body workout that effectively trains your cardiovascular system and your deep muscles from head to toe.
The highlight: PLANK TIME
Almost legendary – at the end of every Cardio Pilates session, we hold the plank. 2 minutes, 3 rounds. A total of 6 minutes where you push yourself to your limits and beyond.
It’s not just one of the best strengthening exercises for your entire body—we want to show you that you’re getting stronger! By repeating this challenge at the end of every session, you can track your progress step by step. Each time, you’ll hold it longer, and one day, you’ll complete your first 2-minute plank without modification. You’ll be so proud of yourself, and we can’t wait to celebrate your success together!

What you need:
- Water (no glass bottles!)
- Towel
- This workout takes places barefoot
Suitable for:
Everyone who loves intense workouts! This class is designed for participants with fitness experience who want to challenge their strength and endurance. You should have a basic level of conditioning and be injury-free.
Not suitable during pregnancy.
Intensity:
The class is very intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
