BBP XPRESS - a tough workout for your stomach, legs and bottom!
In 40 minutes we do a lot of repetitions and take few breaks to get the most out of you and the workout. This way we achieve the same effects in less time as we would in a whole hour. In addition to targeted muscle building from knees to shoulders, it is also about burning as much fat as possible. This workout will really get you in shape!

Core Burn XPRESS - a short, high-intensity workout for your abdominal muscles.
Core Burn XPRESS lives up to its name. In this workout, we get the core muscles burning in no time. With very effective exercises, we work specifically on the middle of the body - the abdominal muscles, but strengthening the antagonists on the back of the body is also important. This makes your entire core stronger. This not only has a positive visual effect, but also improves your overall stability and posture. If you do it regularly, you will see results very quickly.

The classes are are medium intense, most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
