BBP XPRESS - a tough workout for your stomach, legs and bottom!
In 40 minutes we do a lot of repetitions and take few breaks to get the most out of you and the workout. This way we achieve the same effects in less time as we would in a whole hour. In addition to targeted muscle building from knees to shoulders, it is also about burning as much fat as possible. This workout will really get you in shape!

The classes are are medium intense, most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
