LIIT XPRESS - An effective low-impact training for your fitness.
Finally, there's a workout that gets you sweating without jumps. That's LIIT - Low Impact Interval Training! What makes LIIT so special is the protection of your joints and cardiovascular system. You're training your strength and endurance in the optimal aerobic range for fat burning - without torturing yourself. So, this workout is not only effective, but also safe and stressfree.
Simply a unique cozy cardio training experience at a medium intensity that get your heart pumping while you feel absolutely comfortable at all times. 
The classes have different intensities throughout the week, which you can recognize by the description from mellow, to moderate, powerful and intense.

The classes are are medium intense, most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
