If you want to really work out, you've come to the right place!
In this sweat-inducing workout we move to energetic music! We don't just train your stomach, legs, bottom and arms, but also provide a holistic and balanced workout from head to toe - with lots of fun. Let yourself be carried away by the music! The heart rate is kept high throughout the entire class to maximize fat burning. The light TOGU™ "Brasil" weights (200g) intensify the workout and tone the connective tissue and deep muscles.
What do you need:
- Water (no glass bottles!)

- Indoor sports shoes
Suitable for:
Everyone! No previous experience is required. It goes without saying that you shouldn't be working out with an injury.
Intensity:
The class is intense, but a lot of fun, so you won't even notice how exhausting it is and the time flies. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
