A unique power workout!
DEEPWORK is dynamic, powerful, and completely different than anything you know! The class is very challenging, the movements are fast and the music is loud and rousing. A workout with addictive potential - once you've tried it, you'll want more! You can adapt the workout to your fitness level through individual gradations, but a certain basic level of fitness is still required.
What you need:
- Water (no glass bottles!)
- Towel
- The workout takes place barefoot
Suitable for:
For all those who love intensity training! No previous experience is required. It is not recommended to do DEEPWORK while injured as it’s a high-impact workout. Not suitable with injuries or problems on your back or knees.
Intensity:
The class is very intense. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
