A unique power workout!
DEEPWORK is dynamic, powerful, and completely different than anything you know! The class is very challenging, the movements are fast and the music is loud and rousing. A workout with addictive potential - once you've tried it, you'll want more! You can adapt the workout to your fitness level through individual gradations, but a certain basic level of fitness is still required.
What you need:
- Water (no glass bottles!)
- Towel
- The workout takes place barefoot
Suitable for:
Everyone who loves intense workouts! This class is designed for participants with fitness experience who want to challenge their strength and endurance. You should have a basic level of conditioning and be injury-free. Due to the dynamic nature of the workout, it is not suitable for those with back or knee issues.
Not suitable during pregnancy.
Intensity:
The class is very intense. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
