In an ingenious choreography, you move from one pose to the next, while stretching, strengthening, and relaxing your muscles. The individual asanas take a backseat as the flowing movements and transitions from asana to asana are emphasized.
Inside Flow - Vinyasa on Beat is a creative and dynamic form of Vinyasa Flow that not only promotes physical strength, flexibility, and body awareness but also reduces stress and calms the mind by combining breathing and movement, to arrive in the here and now. The challenge lies not only in the physical movement but also in mental concentration to execute the movements synchronously and smoothly. The goal is to harmonize body and mind and reach a meditative state. Music plays a central role, giving expression and heart to the practice. Thus, Inside Flow - Vinyasa on Beat is not just yoga but also a journey to inner balance and strength – for all who enjoy practicing yoga and crave the "flow" state.

- The training takes place barefoot

Prior experience in yoga is advantageous.

The class has a moderate intensity and is accessible to people of all fitness levels as the intensity of the practice can be adjusted according to individual pace and abilities. After the class, you will feel light and relaxed. Let your trainer know beforehand if you have any special needs, limitations, or injuries.
