For Sandrin, exercise and mindfulness have always been an important part of her life. She enjoys working out with spinning or circuit training, and often spends time on her bike, hiking in nature or doing yoga on the mat. Only later did Sandrin discover Pilates for herself, but a great new passion immediately arose. Because Pilates combines so many things - mindful breathing, controlled and slow movements and at the same time an effective, demanding full-body workout. After a very short time, she began training at the Pilates Academy with the desire to teach Pilates herself. In addition to sports, Sandrin loves making music. Playing the guitar and singing are like meditation for her - blocking out the outside and getting into feeling. With her warm and open way of approaching people, Sandrin creates a space with positive vibes that invites you to be yourself.
