Samira loves people and their stories and creates spaces in which she can share the experiences and stories of her many travels so that others can find themselves in them and be completely themselves. She builds intercultural bridges and promotes empowerment through dance, reflection, conscious movement and her "A Small Cafe" in Munich. Her focus is on womanhood worldwide, the female cycle and supporting chronic diseases through targeted movement.
Samira has been dancing since she was a child and in recent years has particularly stuck with Caribbean dances such as dancehall from Jamaica. It is important to her not only to embody the movement, but also the culture, tradition and lifestyle behind it with respect.Samira is the right trainer for you if you want to bring more sensuality, passion and joy of life into your practice, develop your feminine energy and find the perfect balance between exhausting and feeling. Through rhythmic movements and special exercises for the hips, waist, stomach, legs and bottom, participants find their way back to their origins and develop trust in their bodies. The aim of her classes is to enable self-expression through movement and to convey a feeling of self-confidence.
for me sport is like...
a way to feel myself more deeply and to give my body what it needs in order to express my inner feelings and thoughts through movements.
My most beautiful moment
Aufwachen auf der Brust meines Lieblingsmenschen.
My Dream...
That we humans accept each other as we are.
