Immerse yourself in the world of yoga and discover the basics of asanas (postures) in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. This course is perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to discover yoga step by step at their own pace.
Together we will practice simple but effective positions that will strengthen your body, improve your flexibility and help you develop a better sense of your body - without any pressure, but with a lot of mindfulness and joy. We take the time to explain the basics and you will learn how to adapt each posture to your individual needs. Whether you are a yoga newbie or returning to yoga: come along, take a deep breath and find your balance!
