Your entry into fitness training
Would you like to train with us, but don't have any training experience yet? Would you like to improve your body awareness and posture and first get to know the correct execution of exercises?

This is exactly why we offer personal introductory training. Here you will learn the basics for effective and injury-free training. In a 1:1 session tailored to you, I'll show you what to look out for and how to use and move your body to get the most out of your training. With the right technique, difficult exercises are much easier. And not only that, good posture during the exercises is essential in order not to injure yourself during training.

Once you have learned the basics, it will be easier for you to understand all the other exercises and you are ready for our courses.

The Price

120€

The introductory training lasts 75 minutes. Can be booked once per person.
Incl. single ticket (20€) for a groupclass of your choice.
