Larissa is a sensitive trainer who inspires others with her positive nature.
Sport has always been an integral part of Larissa's life. During her work as a product manager in an IT company, sport took on a completely different meaning for her, because through her Yoga and Pilates practice Larissa was able to draw energy again and again and thus create a balance to the performance-oriented job.
Larissa made her first Ashtanga Yoga experiences in 2015. To get to know yoga even more deeply, she completed a 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga teacher training with Dr. Ronald Steiner. Her interest in holistic training methods continued to grow and Larissa also felt the desire to expand her knowledge of preventive training measures, whereupon she did a pilates-physyolates training in 2021.
“I would like to offer participants a holistic, powerful and at the same time mindful practice. It is important to me, especially through my pilates-physyolates training, to include health-promoting exercise modifications in the class, so that I can deal with myself in a demanding but loving way.”
the opportunity to actively do something for my mental and physical health.
It's more of a lot of small moments that show me that I'm healthy, that I can love and that I'm loved.
I am fulfilling myself.
