We'll begin the evening with meditation and breathwork, followed by a gentle Yin Yoga practice that allows you to deeply connect with your body and experience lasting relaxation. Afterwards, you can expect sonorous sound experiences that will put you in a meditative mood and help you leave everyday stress behind. Another part of the program is journaling: In this creative moment, you'll have the opportunity to record your inner impulses in writing.
