Daily Routine
Four days full of fitness, pilates, yoga & wellness
There are several classes every day, a varied mix of fitness, Pilates and Yoga. You do what you enjoy. Depending on the time of day, mood and mood, we will make the courses relaxed or powerful.
Otherwise you can enjoy restful sleep in the cozy nests and feast extensively in the coolinarium. Whether in the rooftop pool, in one of the two panorama saunas or in the soothing alpine herb steam bath: In the in-house well nest you don't have to do anything but relax. Treat yourself to a massage or enjoy nature while hiking through the picturesque landscape.
In the morning you can look forward to a sumptuous breakfast buffet, which also caters to vegan and vegetarian palates. All dishes are freshly prepared for us from regional and seasonal products and with a lot of love. Lunch is included for the little hunter in the afternoon.
Everything is taken care of so that you can really switch off. Four days without stress, without compulsion, full of relaxation and recreation!
